For this program, I intern at a long term residential program for adolescent boys. My main focus there is client engagement, focusing on ensuring each resident feels safe and accepted at the program. This engagement includes approaches such as playing games and going off site for activities. I also provide support to other staff members through practices.

I currently work as a residential counselor at a short-term crisis stabilization residential program, where I ensure safety of residents, work on documentation, lead group activities, and do my part to keep the program running smoothly.
