· Conducts audits of HRIS data and other People and Culture programs and recommend corrective action.· Update HRIS system data as necessary and serve as support for employees navigating the system.· Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.· Continually document all learning and development initiatives, including coordinating training programs for employees to support employee development and as required to remain compliant with ISO-9001.· Develop and administer both new hire trainings and trainings that provide continual employee development.· Oversee onboarding process for candidates and new hires including: application, background checks, drug screening, aptitude testing, reference checks, new hire orientation and any additional requirements to create excellent candidate experience.· Partner with People and Culture Manager and management team on hiring needs and strategies to ensure alignment with overall business strategy and direction of the company.· Full cycle recruitment: including sourcing, pre-screening, and coordination of interviews to support Company’s growth and staffing needs.· Measure and improve success rate in hiring and retaining staff based on interviews and data collected throughout the process.· Assist with coordinating 30, 60, 90-day reviews.· Maintain and update job descriptions for all roles, in concert with People and Culture Manager.· Collaborate with Lean Staffing Solutions (LSS) Office Supervisor to develop opportunities for engagement, cross-training, performance management, recruitment and retention· Assist with team building events and other employee engagement initiatives as requested.· Partner with the People and Culture Manager and General Counsel (GC) to understand current local, state and federal employment law practices· Coordinate health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations.
