Constructed an Autism advocacy guide for staff and care partners at Trinity Services. Created a multi-folder toolbox to support staff at Ray Graham Association for individuals with intellectual disabilities and dementia as continuing education. Presented effective strategies on how to communciate, handle various behaviors, support an individual through environmental adaptations, and sensory strategies for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Addressed client centered goal areas associated with activities of daily living to promote independence, safety when discharging home, and recommended adaptive equipment. Conducted evaluations using standardized assessments such as occupational profile, 9-hole peg test, 24 peg turn, BITS, MVPT-3, BIMS, and informal observations to identify prior level of function, current level of function, home set up, available supports for the client, and recommended adaptive equipment.

Implemented 6 1-hour weekly group sessions related to various topics on sexual education to individuals at Ray Graham with intellectual disabilities. Provided at home handouts, presentation slides, worksheets, and tools to support individual's post program.Compiled pre and post assessment for sustainability and outcomes of the program and knowledge learnt from participants.

Implemented sensory integration and processing, handwriting, emotional and behavioral supports, and environmental adaptation techniques. Developed treatment plans, selected, and used relevant materials and provide appropriate strategies in collaboration with speech language pathologists and physical therapists. Collaborated with medical, PT, and SLP services to complete multidisciplinary team pediatric autism evaluation utilizing the ADOS, Peabody, sensory profile, and play observations. The team collaborated to develop recommended services and supports for families.

Worked with individuals who had mid-late stages of dementia. Led group activities relating to mental, physical, social, and emotional well-being. Ensured safety of all staff and individuals at the site.

Worked with pediatrics aged 1-5.Ensured safety with each child during group and solo engagement.Assisted in mealtime, group activities, and safety of children.
