My name is Riley Runkel, and I am a dedicated dental assisting student at Blackhawk Technical College. I pride myself on being a hardworking, ambitious, and dependable individual that is dedicated to the world of dental assisting. I am intrigued by the dental field and its ability to make a large positive impact on people’s lives. I would be pleased to be surrounded by others with the same passion as me. I have a mission to help others achieve peak oral health and achieve their best smile.I have expertise in Dental Chairside, Dental Radiography, Dental Professionalism, Dental Materials, and Dental Anatomy and Physiology. My ability to collaborate with other on class projects drives me to be a team player, which is an essential skill of a dental assistant. Aside from my academic career, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. Additionally, I enjoy being apart of 4-H and FFA and showing livestock at a competitive level. Growing up in the agricultural industry has taught me that hard work brings results and a higher level of satisfaction. This skill has helped me progress as a student and focus on my end goal.
