Born and raised in Woodville, Texas, I graduated High School in 2015 as the Salutatorian of my class with a 4.0 GPA. Throughout high school I was active in multiple sports and organizations.After high school I attended Texas A&M University to pursue a bachelors degree in Construction Science, while also attaining a minor in business. During my time in college I was able to work multiple part time jobs, including positions as a county commissioner's assistant, assistant project manager, and project engineer. I completed an internship the spring of my junior year as an assistant project manager for a family-owned general contracting company that specialized in commercial construction. I later worked part time for this company, and then began another part time job as a project engineer the summer and fall of my senior year.I have a strong background in management of subcontractors, as well as experience facilitating coordination between them. I have assisted on projects in excess of ten million dollars from start to completion. Processes I'm proficient in include estimating, the solicitation of subcontractor proposals, evaluation of proposals, review and execution of contracts, project scheduling, on site supervision of construction, punch list completion, and closeout procedures. I also have multiple years experience of processing subcontractor payment applications, insurance, and change proposals.
