I am a Slot Attendant at Northern Quest Resort & Casino, a multi-million-dollar entertainment and resort venue in Spokane, Washington. I have been working at this location full-time since December 2018, while pursuing my degree in Mechanical Engineering at Eastern Washington University. I have a passion for personal development in life and my career. I strive to challenge myself on a regular basis with the mindset that nothing easy is worth doing.As a slot attendant, I diagnose and resolve issues with video lottery terminals in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and minimizing loss of revenue. I also coordinate efforts between different departments to solve complex problems that are outside of my knowledge base. I interact with a diverse group of guests daily, evaluating their needs and providing the best solution. I maintain a professional, yet entertaining demeanor, as I represent the public face of the resort. I am motivated by the challenge and variety of my work, and I value the opportunity to learn from my colleagues and guests.
