My role includes providing data that employee's request in an easy to read format using SQL, creating and managing automated reports that send to employees and vendors, and collaborating with our developers on projects that involve querying data. I also headed the project of switching our on demand reporting software to a new and improved version. My role now includes maintaining and managing the software as well as designing new, print-ready reports for our employees who require them.

My role invloved working with a team of people to insure all devices and systems were working properly, and that our employees had everything they needed to do their job efficiently. We also coordinated with other IT teams, like networking and developers, and other departments in the company on big projects including the expansion of the store and office areas and managing access to new softwares that the developers created.
