About Riley Alexander

I am a Technical Support Engineer at Carbon Robotics. Among other things, we use lasers to kill weeds by the billion. Laserweeding is fully compliant with organic standards and no-till growing. I get to spend my day working with growers at some of the largest farms in the country, and work with some of the brightest people I’ve ever met. Having a chance to work on more sustainable food production is amazing, and being on the cutting edge of robotics and AI is nothing short of mind blowing. I love finding creative solutions to problems, and I am passionate about all things food. I have a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University, with a specific focus on ethical, environmental, and economic sustainability.
