Hi, I'm Bri! I'm always happy to connect with new folks, so send me a note if you'd like to chat more. Here's just a bit about me:+ I want to make work work better for more people. That's my mission. And I believe the best way to do that is by making meaningful investments in the people and teams that fuel organizations.+ I bring 8+ years of experience in program design, project implementation, talent development, leadership & executive coaching, performance management, learning & training, recruiting & onboarding, DEIB & community engagement.+ My experience is varied, and because of that I have learned a lot about what makes a healthy organization, how to measure its effectiveness, and ways to help the people within them thrive.+ I do my best work when I can empower people to do their best work. I leverage empathy skills and a natural intuition to help people and teams understand themselves and identify solutions that make once-distant goals a reality.+ Today I use these strengths to facilitate amazing experiences and support clients/teams/organizations as they navigate through complex transitions or operational changes. Tell me where you want to go, I want to help us get there. That's why I've really found a groove in talent development and employee learning.+ I'm currently studying to get my SHRM-CP, so if you have any tips on how to go about it, please share : )+ I love the work I've been able to do. So if you'd like to work on these things together, let's do that!

Research AssistantRutgers University- Department Of Landscape Architecture May 2014 - May 2015New Brunswick, Nj, UsSelected as a finalist in the Aresty Research Assistant Program during the 2014-2015 school year- a program that provides first-time research experiences to students by supporting current faculty projects.Under the Department of Landscape Architecture, I had the opportunity to investigate the relationship between a changing NJ landscape and industrial economy with the sociocultural, environmental, and legal history of the twentieth century. The final product consisted of an illustrative map comparing the known historical manufacturing sites in Newark, NJ to the current Brownfield and Superfund sites in the city. The map points to the correlation between low-income, under-resourced neighborhoods and the density of contaminated sites. I presented the findings at the 2015 Aresty Symposium to Rutgers faculty and staff.Following the symposium I was awarded with "Best Poster in the Social Sciences" by Rutgers Aresty judges. Part of my research was featured in a faculty project- "Collective Visions: Exploring the Design of Potential Landscape History"- which was honored by the ASLA with the Professional Research Honors Award in 2015.This experience as an RA was my first real hands-on interaction with urban environmental justice issues and the power of data visualization.
