I managed and oversaw 80+ high profile Premium Seating accounts consisting of both corporate and individual clients, equaling over $7.6 million in annual revenue. Over the years I was able to create lasting relationships with these clients and many I consider to now be close friends. I was also responsible for running and executing the operations of the Jazz 100 Club and caring for its incredible members. I oversaw the hiring, training, budgeting and operational performance for 55 premium seating department employees working both Jazz games and concerts; while taking the lead on various projects and providing support to our management team.

I developed new business relationships with durable medical equipment and other health care service companies. Through both new and existing marketing/advertising partnerships I increased revenue and expanded existing portfolios. I worked closely with both internal and external teams to analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimize both new and existing marketing campaigns.
