As the Key Account Manager, I was able to further extend on previous knowledge gained and in particular, it allowed my Customer Service and Fast Fashion to excel. I was predominantly looking after 1 key account and my role incorporated:- Managing inventoryo From Pre-arrival to our facilityo Through storageo Re-work and final dispatcho Delivery to DC or store- Making Business to Business (B2B) calls daily- ‘Face to Face’ communication with clients every week- Speaking daily to clients across various divisions and management levels- Daily reporting in a timely, efficient and productive manner- Overseeing a team of office and warehouse staff- Assessing Daily and Weekly intakes, rework and dispatch targets- Organising and chairing monthly meetings within our facility and / or at client sites in and around London- Reporting directly to the Warehouse Director- Self-management and department organisation

I operated as the Front of House representative of the branch and was the first port of call for as customers walked through the door. This allowed me to make the first impression last and make the whole experience run smoothly. Taking the retail experience learnt from previous jobs I took on the responsibility of the whole banking hall activity and personnel. I reported directly to the Branch Manager. My daily tasks included but were not limited to:- Managing queue levels- Booking and carrying out appointments by phone and e-mail- Organisation and presentation of promotional material- Responsibility for staff wellbeing- Pushing and exceeding personal, team and branch targets

Working in one of the busiest and most profitable stores from the Arcadia portfolio, I had to be the eyes and ears of the store. Having to be immaculately presented to represent the brand and visible to the customer at all times. I had to be present on the floor for most of the day due to the high turnover of the store.
