• Remediating security vulnerabilities that arise across our IT estate in a prompt manner

• Resolving a variety of both hardware and software technical issues across Ipeco's global sites
• Maintaining the departments inventory ensuring equipment is fit for purpose and disposing of any faulty devices under WEEE regulations

• Providing IT support to 20+ clients as part of a Managed Service Provider
• Keeping the IT documentation up to date
• Configuring and supporting Laptops, Phones and Printers
• Troubleshooting Network issues and escalating to the infrastructure team as and when required
• Managing user accounts, passwords and access using Active Directory and Office 365 Admin Centre
• Updating our Jira ticketing system, ensuring that calls have been logged and all notes, progress and required actions have been inputted promptly and accurately
