Passionate about unlocking individuals' health and performance, I'm pursuing a degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in exercise science. My educational journey has provided me with a strong foundation in human movement principles, rehabilitation and injury protocols, and the hollistic approach towards one's health.Throughout my academic pursuits in Kinesiology, I've expanded my knowledge in exercise physiology, rehabilitation, strength training, and injury prevention. These insights have contributed to deepen my understanding of how to enhance one's physical performance and well-being.While I am currently in full time studies, my passion lies in the ability to improve ones life through increased performance and injury rehabilitation. My experience in high-level athletics has left me with numerous injuries. Having the ability to help someone's rehabilitation is something I am highly passionate about.I am excited to continue my education towards the pursuit of a career in physiotherapy. I look forward to making meaningful contributions in the field of physiotherapy through improving individuals' quality of life.
