While most wildlife conservation groups focus on protecting animals from poaching, WildAid works to reduce global consumption of wildlife products by persuading consumers and strengthening enforcement.

Product focus areas include YouTube, Search, Android, Hardware/Retail (Chromebooks, Nexus, Android One), Chrome, Google Play. Determine optimal marketing investment strategy across products, channels, geographies based on business strategy, ROI metrics and campaign performance against stated goals. 2011- 2013 Leader of global G&A finance team covering Real Estate, Facilities & Services, Human Resources, Legal, Finance and Public Policy & Communications. Partnered with business leaders to determine path forward on numerous strategic projects including international real estate investments (buy, build or lease), patent investment strategy, benefits programs, G&A resource allocation.

Led sales finance for all Emerging Markets. Built finance team from zero to 40 globally. Developed business case to launch sales offices in 10 new markets, set up infrastructure for new offices including entity set up, payroll, hiring. Designed sales compensation plan, forecast revenue and set sales quotas, performed analytics to identify revenue opportunities.
