Launched nonprofit organization to increase recycling systems in Pound Ridge by collaborating with businesses. Devised an initiative to establish more recycling locations in Pound Ridge. Led community NexTrex Program, which has collected 500 lbs of plastic to be recycled. Established four new specialty recycling systems with town businesses, partnering with TerraCycle.

Crafted a research project and 15-page research paper "An Upstream to Downstream Survey of Abiotic and Biotic Factors Across the Audubon Oneida Sanctuary in Greenwich, CT" to test water quality and survey plant coverage at polluted estuary. Tested water quality by sampling 8 locations in estuary and performed a qualitative BioBlitz analyzing native and invasive plant and animal species using iNaturalist.
