Working in a smaller team in the management of a busy bowling club means that I often have to step up and perform managerial tasks, including corresponding with stockists regarding issues with stock, ordering of stock, taking bookings and finalising them. I also handle petty cash and participate in settling tills for banking.

I joined a diverse team and worked within the second busiest CWH store in the state. We were a large yet cohesive team that achieved high scores during store assessments and provided a high level of knowledgeable customer service.

This was a highly cooperative workplace, where the needs of the customer were always the first priority and we worked hard to provide a consistently high level of customer service. I began on the shop floor and eventually began working in the dispensary, gaining my S2/S3 certification and gaining a deeper understanding into the role that pharmacy plays in community healthcare.
