As a Customer Service Specialist at Best Buy, I provide technical and software support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints. I enjoy helping people find the best solutions for their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. I also have a passion for computer science and game development, which I pursue through my education and extracurricular activities.I am currently a student at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, majoring in Computer Science. I have learned various programming languages, such as C#, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python, and gained experience in software management, web development, and data structures. I also completed a 10-month project as a Scrum Master at Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School, where I led a team of 10 in developing a virtual reality game using Unity, C#, GitHub, as well as becoming familiar with the Oculus Quest. I coached my team on workload management, followed the Scrum Framework, and delivered the project in a timely manner. I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to real-world challenges and opportunities in the tech industry.
