Hi, my name is Riley Brodowski. I am a junior Capstone Scholar student in the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, graduating in May 2026. I am studying Marketing and Operations and Supply Chain. I am skilled in customer service, organization, and teamwork. For example, I worked at a summer ice skating camp with 6+ person team to watch over 30+ kids on a day-to-day basis. Through this I was able to gain a lot of experience working with the team to come up with crafts for the kids each day, as well as schedules, and organizing any logistics for camp such as allergies, pick up times, and safe sport procedures. I had to talk to parents daily, which gave me a lot of insight for professional speak and speaking to those in high positions of authority. Planning each day before the kids got there also tapped into my more creative side, as I had to come up with what I thought the kids would find fun but still be cost and time effective. - On campus, I continue my teamwork skill by mentoring 3 women in the Women in Business Council here. As a mentor, I go to bimonthly meetings to chat with my mentees about any questions they may have about the Women in Business Council or the Moore School of Business as a whole. Through this program I have been able to grow my interpersonal and communication skills. I am also involved in the newly chartered Pi Sigma Epsilon Alpha Rho chapter here on campus as well. Because this is a newly chartered business fraternity, each week we all meet to talk logistics and help organize the recruitment process for next year. My organization skills are able to flourish in this way, as well as my creative side. I have always been very passionate about creativity and expressing myself in any way that I can. I paint often, which I find is a great way to express this passion. I am currently looking for an Internship for the summer of 2025, in which I would be a rising senior. I hope that this internship will align with my skills of organization, creativity, and teamwork as stated above.
