Postgrad, I have been continuously growing my knowledge in the sporting events world and continue to grow my small business. As the Event Operations Manager at Foley Sports Tourism, I am now working with some of the my own mentors from my time playing club sports, planning the very same tournaments I played in. I’ve had the privilege of managing some notable events such as the SunBelt Conference Women’s Volleyball Championship, ASA/USA Archery Collegiate 3-D Championship and ASA Hoyt/ Easton Pro/AM Archery Tournament. While studying at Auburn University for my Event Management degree, I began using my graphic design skills and event planning skills together to create RLW Signs to make more personal touches to events such as banners, custom labels, and signs. I have been able to continue to use RLW signs as a creative outlet and expand to coordinate small private events. I found my passion for hospitality and events at the young age of 12. To channel that youthful passion I founded Cakes for Causes, a non-profit organization that sold homemade baked goods and custom cakes to raise awareness and donations for the Wounded Warriors Project. From there I began to plan anything from baby showers to friends birthday parties, my passion and knowledge continued to grow with every new event I organized. I am always looking for new professional connections.
