- Provides company software education to clients by creating step by step video instructions that walks them through how to use the software to better understand how it can improve their experience. This has resulted in less confusion on how to find what they are looking for and quicker results in their program.- Ensures clients are satisfied throughout their programs by speaking privately with them to see if there is anything they would like changed or improved. This has led to satisfied clients referring friends and family to our program.- Orders and tracks all product inventory. Communicates with vendors to ensure products are up to date and well stocked. - Generates monthly financial and KPI reports to track company's progress.
