Ensure customer satisfaction – Provided excellent customer service by maintaining professional attitude, and going the extra mile for my customers. Customer service is the main goal of my job, as well as the company. Phone Sales – Conduct business over the phone many times per day, as well as train workers how to maintain our standards. Regularly make contact with customers for sales as well as technicians to make sure that our company’s system is working properly. Cash Register – Work many transactions while performing accurate register balancing. Ensure that the registers are properly organized and ready to be electronically counted. Train new workers – Help new workers to provide excellent service, and perform many tasks throughout the club.
