I am a Junior at Virginia Tech pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Green Engineering. At Virginia Tech, I am an Undergraduate Research Assistant, executive board member for Quality of Life Plus at Virginia Tech, committee member for Relay For Life, and a member of the Dean’s Team. Outside of school work, I enjoy hiking, running, cooking, and managing my Etsy storefront.Throughout my education, I've become familiar with software such as SOLIDWORKS, Autodesk Inventor, MATLAB, LTSpice, and Microsoft Office. Further, with many experiences in a lab setting, I have been equipped with 3D printing and machining knowledge.I am delighted to have the opportunity to apply my knowledge in my internship this summer with Volvo Group as a Continuous Improvement Engineering Intern. I am excited to explore a sector of engineering that is different to my current education and apply it to my future learning.
