I now have a firm footing in technology, with experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Data Analyst, and Project Manager. While I'm not a Software Engineer, I work within a development team where I engage with and audit code, write SQL queries, and use XML to configure applications every day.I've spent time in multiple industries, but the bulk of my experience is working for companies in the Network Marketing and Direct Sales space or those serving it. My current role is focused on compensation plans, where I develop, document, code, audit, train, and maintain clients' compensation plans.As an individual contributor or team leader, an entrepreneur or an employee in start-ups and established companies, I've navigated various environments. Through experience, I've gained insights into the distinct demands and needs for growth and sustainability in each setting.
