Riley Thomas is a Project Coordinator at DDB. Colleagues describe them as "Riley was an integral part of our project management team during his internship with DDB. He was eager and willing to take on any task and he demonstrated a lot of growth during his time working with us. Riley led the ongoing management and updates of our risks, hot sheets, status documents, and timelines within Smartsheet. He also independently identified opportunities to collate information and improve processes for information storage and sharing through the development of a Smarthsheet Dashboard for multiple project and the reorganization of our data asset management system. Riley applied his learnings in working with our project teams towards the intern project of developing a pitch in which he managed a project with a small team across disciplines to deliver a pitch presentation and deck to DDB Leadership. Riley is also a very friendly person and a great listener. He seamlessly integrated himself into culture and showed he was a team player and builder.
