As the QHSE Manager at ULO Systems, I lead the quality, health, safety, and environmental aspects of our offshore grouting services and pipeline support systems encompassing precast concrete structures and pre and post filled grout bags, ensuring that they meet the customer needs and comply with the ISO standards. I have successfully implemented and maintained the ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 certifications for our products and services, and conducted regular audits and inspections to monitor and improve our performance.I have over 8 years of experience in QHSE in the construction and oil and gas sectors, and I hold a Nebosh IGC certification and an Executive MBA in Health Safety and Environment from Singhania University. I have extensive knowledge and skills in offshore safety practices, process safety management, and HSE management systems. I have also initiated and led several QHSE projects and campaigns, collaborating with various stakeholders such as management, clients, vendors, and project teams. My goal is to continuously enhance the quality and safety culture of our organization and deliver value to our customers and partners.
