Duties & ResponsibilitiesKeeping account books and system up to date , Manage all accounting transaction. Preparation of financial statement (Income Statement & Balance Sheet, TB) monthly /Quarterly.Record controlling for invenoty transfer to Branches Weakly/Monthly.Preparing & Reconcil monthly AR/AP ageing reports & corresponding details required for MIS report.Prepare Asset ,Liability and capital account entries.Preparing Bank Reconcilation , Loan & LC Schedule , Fixed Asset & Provision Schedule, Compute tax and prepare tax return , Payroll and Petty cash management.Assisting & providing financial data for Yearly Audit along with furnishing of Samples required by the Audit team , Monitoring of Cash & Credit Card Collection & their reconciliation

Duties & Responsibilities• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.• Prepare cheque’s and associated reports, as required in accordance with company schedules.• Maintaining outstanding payable report to keep management informed of due & past due vendor invoices.• Posting of Accruals, Pre-payments & Journals & salary Account opening for employees.• Refer overdue account to finance manager for adjustment, write-off or collections.• Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliations & TT payments preparation• Prepare Monthly Payroll of Staff according to WPS Laws & Disbursal (ASBO,FWLLC,FW FZCO)• Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities & payment follow up as required.• Proficient in accounts from data entry to Finalization.• Disburses petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation.• Capable of handling Accounting systems like Tally ERP 7.2 & 9,SAP

• Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks.• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers in via telephone calls and email.• Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line, coordinating contact with collections department• Prepare/Review Monthly Income Tax (VAT) and online Tax return to Govt.• Disburses petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation’s• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
