- Identify high-potential employees and support talent development and succession planning initiatives.- Oversee the daily operations of the regional office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment including a well cleaning service.- Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for employees and compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.- Identify training needs within the region and organize relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.- Coordinate office maintenance and repair activities, liaising with relevant service providers.- Assist in processing regional office expenses and reimbursements.- Assist in organizing regional events, meetings, and conferences.- Maintain accurate records of driver’s activities, vehicle inspections, and maintenance logs.- Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions in accordance with company policies.- Prepare and forward regional statistics report with relevant analytics and insights to the ES Manager.- Distribute internal announcements and company-wide communications.- Monitor and maintain accurate attendance and leave records for all employees within the region using the designated timekeeping system.- Review trends in health and wellness areas and contribute to the formulation of the strategic business objectives of health improvement services and assist in developing a comprehensive health strategy for GBB.- Oversee the activities of NYSC/SIWES staff & provide necessary assistance.- Provide comprehensive, effective, and efficient administrative support on all matters relating to employee records.- Organize, maintain, and review all physical and system-based employee records & maintain all personnel records of entry, exit, and life events.- Provide advice and support to the regional coordinator and employees as required in the review of work practices and/or conditions of employment & identify breaches in HR processes.
