I held drill sessions for Mandarin students where we focused on speaking and listening skills in Mandarin. I consulted with the professor before the drill sessions in order to know how she wanted me to lead the sessions and the activities she wanted the students to focus on.

As a library circulation assistant, I was responsible for discharging books and other items to our patrons. Furthermore, I worked together with other library circulation assistants and student managers to solve problems. I occasionally communicated to the library staff to learn more about what I can do to help when a patron encounters a problem.

I tutored fellow Ithaca College students on Microsoft Excel and its functions. I used my previous Business Analytics and Technology course knowledge to help fellow students further their understanding on how to make a dashboard model, among other things.

I held weekly one-hour sessions for students to come in if they had any questions. As a tutor, I have helped students practice writing characters and improve upon their reading abilities.
