I served as the Interim Secretary General at the National Confederation of Junior Enterprises, assuming the responsibility of filling the vacancy in the Secretary position and leading the organization during the transitional period. In this role, I managed the recruitment, handover, and training processes, overseeing talent management to ensure a smooth transition. Additionally, I handled administrative tasks and facilitated internal communication, ensuring operational continuity and effective coordination across the organization.

As the International Manager of the National Confederation of Junior Enterprises, I played a keyrole in promoting the Junior Enterprise movement internationally and fostering relationshipswith partner organizations around the world. In this role, I worked closely with representativesfrom Junior Enterprises in other countries to identify opportunities for collaboration andknowledge-sharing.
