My expertise in digital marketing, along with proficiency in visual tools like Canva and CapCut, helped enhance KMK’s brand presence on social media. I also led the launch of key products, overseeing the entire process from design to market in collaboration with Moroccan and international laboratories, ensuring the success of every launch. During my time at Orpi BO Conseils (now Bonjour Oscar) in Paris, I played a key role in developing the client portfolio by crafting impactful real estate listings and creating targeted digital marketing strategies. I also analyzed advertising performance to optimize prospecting methods and enhance lead generation. My responsibilities included drafting sales agreements, ensuring full compliance with legal and contractual requirements, while maintaining high client satisfaction. Additionally, I participated in weekly meetings to adjust commercial strategies and produced detailed reports highlighting key decisions and actions to improve internal processes. I coordinated real estate agents by managing their schedules, overseeing their prospecting activities, and ensuring efficient client appointments to maximize interactions and deliver an excellent customer experience.
