In this role I coordinated with colleagues for group pick-ups, drop-offs, and various tasks involving logistics like allocating ticketing. I participated in daily meetings, and on finalizing routes for daily excursions assuming responsibility of the safety of 70+ charges of different age groups on walking tours around the city. I relayed necessary information to superior managers, colleagues, and group charges to ensure efficient following of the daily schedule. I also coordinated the creation, planning, and execution of weekly night activities with colleagues, for example camp-wide Sports Night and Game Night.

In this role, I am in charge of attendance during class sessions with STEP students, tutoring when needed, and teaching classes when the professors are unable to attend. I have taken part in a webinar sharing my college experience with rising high school seniors and participated in an active role in STEP-related workshops and informational sessions. I also complete office tasks such as inputting student data, creating spreadsheets, and filing.

In this role, I implement activities in the Kipp Freedom After School Program with my co-coaches. I utilize the time to help the students complete homework, and provide mental and emotional support. The program has an enrichment period and a portion of time for physical activity which I, as a coach, am in charge of carrying out. A typical day consists of homework time, an art activity depending on a weekly theme, and then an exciting game like relay racing.

In this role, I was assigned tasks involving reformatting documents for accessible viewing, editing, creating promotional materials, and translating/ transliterating from English into Bengali.
