Handling the L&D unit from A to Z and providing support for 1000 employees: - Conducting training need analysis TNA- Assessing skills and knowledge through tests and interviews- Setting and tracking training budget and plan- Designing and delivering soft and hard skills internal trainings- Following up on trainings through behavioral job observations- Coaching internal employees- Generating and analyzing training reports- Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole

- Designing training materials up to the ILM standards and growing the businessdivision through initiatives and creative ideas- Recruiting and selecting part-time trainers for the division- Attending trainings when needed to give feedback to trainers

- Preparing training sessions: materials, presentations and activities- Delivering trainings to Syrian and Iraqi refugees in Arabic- Attending meetings as assigned for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required- Supervising trainers and trainings executions- Conducting research, analysis, and reporting- Monitoring reports and evaluations- Taking proper actions to close gaps, regular measurement reporting- Identifying and reporting areas of concern for management intervention
