The bulk of my experience stems from my 15 year tenure with rural telecommunications provider, Sierra Tel. Beginning as a receptionist through a temp agency, I was hired full time as a Billing Clerk in under three months, and promoted to Executive Assistant less than three months after that. I quickly became an integral part of the Executive Team, participating in strategic planning, product development and marketing, in addition to standard administrative tasks. I continued to improve and expand my skill set to best meet the needs of my employer and to achieve an ever-increasing level of self-fulfillment. These opportunities grew me into the ideal candidate for additional promotions in Corporate Communications and then Marketing, where I further developed my professional image and credibility, receiving multiple industry and community awards which recognize my accomplishments and contributions.
