-Perform First Article Inspection of parts for customer within a fixed schedule.-Assist in IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) activities when requirement.-Perform Initial Inspection Method based on technical drawing provided by Engineering.-Technical planning activities and materials coordination.-Manufacturing tools creation and/or duplication as needed and these activities can also include the design and procurement of such tools.-Root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.-Possible development of mathematical models and data analysis to identify units, batches, or processes posing excessive failure risks and/or trends.-Investigation and analysis of relevant variables potentially affecting product and process.-Work with customers, suppliers, manufacturing engineering, design engineering, configuration, inspection and value streams as required to create the First article packages.-Coordinate with the quality and value streams to gather and prepare all required department and customer certification packages, paperwork, records and serial number log and other quality related files and records.-Prepare and upload data or inspection reports into customer portals or Net Inspect, as required.-Guide and train inspectors in creating the FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) documentation from the inspection portion of the process and be prepared to answer technical questions with regards to the FAIR process as needed.-Reports on a timely basis to the Quality leadership when there are problems and issues in meeting the FAIR inspection goals, staffing capacity, capability or equipment malfunction.-Prepare Inspection sheet and monitor with production/engineering FA samples & FA document follow due date.-Communicate with customer regarding FA submission progress and part dimension verification requirements.

-Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.-Coordinate calibration technician to do all calibration activities for welding machines, oven and electrical measurement and make sure all monitoring and measuring devices are calibrated and monitored.-Ensures all work meets regulatory, compliance and safety specs.-Comply with quality & environmental procedures & instructions.-Prepare material request / purchase request for direct material, tools, spare parts or equipments for Laboratory.-Arrange internal and external calibration.-Check and ensure calibration work done by vendor is completed on time.-To compiled report and calibration result and timely update of calibration log.-Liaise with vendor / supplier for equipment status.-Attend client’s pre-audit / audit in Laboratory.-Prepare all necessary documents for Laboratory.-Prepare document for Final Dossier.

-Supervise and monitor the day-to-day duties of the Facility Management and to ensure smooth and efficient running of the Facility.-Make sure HVAC, Electrical, Generator System, UPS, Compressor, etc running smoothly.-Assist the Facilities Manager/Assistant Facilities Manager with operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk.-Repair and maintenance of equipment, furniture, and fittings.-Response to environment & safety issues as directed by the Facility Manager.-Monitoring and supervising technician, security, and cleaning service team from vendor.-Maintain good relationship with vendors.

-Preparation and Interpretation Drawings in Field for Electrical/Instrument Equipments installations, Specifications, Calculations and Process Flow Diagrams or Graphs according to requirements of Customers project.-Control and Coordinate Project for Plan, Schedule, Conduct and Coordinate: i.e: Installation, Inspection, and Function Equipment Test/ Pre- and Commissioning tests, for all of Electrical/Instrument equipments apparatus which related matter.-Review & Executes the specific inspection according to P&ID Diagrams on materials, equipment and construction / installation activities on site.-Checks Installation for cabling, trays, Insulation Material for all equipments Electrical and Instrumentation and others for identification and make sure installation properly.-Ensure of Functional Testing result and Calibration for Electrical Instrument equipments.-Ensure all documents QA/QC Contractors/Sub-cont & Vendors Valid and Officially Carried out Techniques and Procedures during Progress Phase Construction Installation and Inspection.-Make Perform Working Procedure for Operational safely for equipment Mechanical/Electrical Integrated to Contractors for Take Over project also Appraise the Performance and Quality of Contractors/Vendors field Personnel and Monitoring Contractors effort to verify Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) specification for all Apparatus Electrical Instrumentation Control Engineering.-Reporting all Project activities to coordinator related to working progress daily update.

-Responsible and in charge at the Calibration and Metrology Laboratory.-Manage and control of Calibrated equipments.- To perform calibration of electrical, temperature, dimensional, pressure & mechanical equipments.- Make work instruction of calibration for a new equipment.- Arrange and plan calibration activities and make sure all monitoring and measuring devices are calibrated and monitored.- To make identification & control procedure for equipment calibration.- Prepare and execute master calibration schedule.- Prepare and distribute calibration schedule to various departmental calibration representative.- To sourcing, procure & arise quotation from suppliers.- Check and ensure work done by vendor is completed in time.- To compiled report and calibration result and timely update of calibration database.- To perform failure analysis ( FA ) for material defect.- To support onsite calibration schedule in supplier’s place.- To maintain and service the faulty instruments if out of specifications stated.- Initiate Cost saving initiatives and control Calibration Budget and Spare parts usage.- Plan and provide training to new or old Technician.- Check and approve daily, weekly or monthly datasheets and prepare monthly calibration schedule.

-To perform calibration of electrical, dimensional, pressure & mechanical instruments.-To support onsite calibration schedule in customer’s place.-To test and calibrate master instruments in weekly & monthly basis.-To maintain and service the faulty instruments if out of specifications stated.-To make testing data for providing calibration report of instruments being calibrated.

-Failure analysis on electronics product and components level.-Provide trouble shooting data for quality improvement.-Failure analysis the root cause for high fall-out / rejected electronics product in production line for immediately feedback and further decision.-Maintenance, calibration and set-up Test Station.-Handle of RF & Analog Product (Equipment & Calibration).-Support other department for launching new products.
