As a former Project Lead for Factory Berlin, I spearheaded corporate innovation programs, identified emerging technologies, and created services to enhance user experience and engagement. Afterward, I took the unique opportunity to build a lean and modern publisher with the former founders of Factory Berlin. At the publisher, I led the development of digital processes from scratch, resulting in our status as one of the fastest-growing publishers in the industry. Inspired by the power of innovation and community, Ole Spaarmann, Eleasar Werbitzky, and I co-founded codeshift.
