Client: Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi ARAMCO) in JV with the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri), Hyundai Heavy Industries. Project Scope:• Dredging of Approach Channel & Harbor Basin (33,000,000 m³).• General Excavation & Levelling of Dune Sand in onshore areas (3,300,000 m³).• Ground Improvement using Dynamic Compaction for all areas, Vibro Compaction & Vibro Compaction (6,000,000 m²).• Rocks works for breakwaters & revetment (6,000,000 tons).• Concrete works for precast blocks for Quay walls, X blocks, piles and platforms (950,000 m³).Responsibilities:• Managing and controlling overall procurement activities on site in accordance with ARAMCO procedures parallel with Company`s policy.• Maintaining the main Procurement Department functions through IMS procedures, starting from sourcing, evaluating of vendors, Pre-qualifications, comparing expediting delivery to be on time as per the agreed approved schedule.• Securing procurement and subcontracting deals for products and services ensuring the best quality price and delivery time.• Monitor suppliers/subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. • Provide support & guidance to the procurement team.• Assuring the acceptance of material from quality team. • Attending the weekly progressive meeting with ARAMCO and submitting the Procurement Tracking Report updated weekly.• Maintaining the Material Procurement Plan submitted to ARAMCO and updating it if any change occurred in work schedule, interfaces, potential change orders or tech. issues.• Reporting Material status Report Monthly with updates.

Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for ensuring compliance with the requirements of the contract.• Attend the QC Plan Meeting, QC meetings, and progressive meeting.• Reviewing & Approving all submittals, maintain an active QC Plan, and perform the three phases of control on each DFOW (Definable Feature of Work), (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up activities).• Assist & review subcontractor laboratories and review of data quality and management.

Project : Design-Build for Correct Fire Deficiencies at Buildings 309, 288, 287, 291, and 292 at NSA I Bahrain - UKMCC• Assisting the Project’s Managers to meet projects requirements.• Monitoring the effectiveness of the application and implementation of Company policies and procedures applicable to the Procurement Department at Project level.• Assisting and developing changes needed to improve the effectiveness of the Company Integrated Management System {IMS - APICS} in the Procurement area at Project level.• Guide the selection, development, and management of suppliers to meet commodity cost and performance goals, with emphasis placed on ability to identify cost targets for relevant technology and product roadmaps.• Provide support and guidance to the Project Procurement Teams.• Inspecting Material & subcontracting works to meet the required contract specifications.• Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.• Assuring the acceptable quality of materials and processes in the project work.• Assisting Quality Assurance and Quality Control Engineer such as steel reinforcement checking same as in construction drawing.• Issue materials receiving report for the delivered materials.

- Managing and supervising the construction activities from the mobilization to completion.- Providing technical support to the direct construction team (civil foreman and workers)- Responsible for construction workers in the site.- In charge and responsible for steel reinforcement and concrete forOperating levels in units 7&8 three operating levels.- In charge and responsible for construction of foundation of fuel oil, condensate and lube oil tanks with all its utilities.

Working at the Steel Workshop in preparing the Bar list for the Steel reinforcement of all drawings in order to be fabricated.
