Rimvis Mati is a second-generation home builder and Chief Executive Officer of Trinity Dominion, LLC. With strong Lithuanian roots, Mati developed an appreciation for the building and construction industry after watching his mother, an architect, and his father, a builder and hardscape contractor, to create the most astounding homes. Attuned to the finest details and uncompromising quality, Mati went on to receive his Bachelor of Engineering degree from the International Studies Center at Kaunas University of Technology in Lithuania. He later received a Master of Business Management (MBM) from the same institution.Post-college, Mati became a concept developer and investor for large scale residential and commercial projects in Europe. Mati’s professional expertise quickly grew in commercial and residential real estate development; subdivisions and concept development; construction planning, estimation and management, and project finance management.Driven to develop deeper connections with his clients, Mati and his family moved to the United States three years ago to create Trinity Dominion. The goal was simple – to build better, smarter, long-lasting homes.Today, Mati focuses on building homes that are custom, modern and organic to connect people with the nature that surrounds them. He does this by utilizing natural light, oversized windows and organic materials.Mati is an active member of the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) and serves on the Board of Directors for Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey (SBACNJ). He is also an active member of the Baltic American Chamber of Commerce. During his involvement with these state and local organizations, Mati has enriched the building industry with innovation methods and unmatched passion. Most recently, Mati has been honored by the SBACNJ with three FAME awards – Best Custom Home ($2 million to $3 million), Best Traditional Marketing Strategy and Best Corporate Brochure. Mati was also invited to speak as a panelist at The North American Lithuanian Business Forum in Philadelphia.
