The one-year traineeship helped me gather insights, experience and knowledge in several different areas such as Finance and Operations, HR, Sales and Business Development, and Marketing and Communication. The opportunities for learning, having fun and getting to know a wide community are countless. I was given important responsibilities, learned a lot regarding communication and building lasting relationships. Through conferences, seminars and activities focused on all kinds of topics, I got the chance to meet diverse, knowledgable people and not only build a personal network but also broaden my professional skills.
