The discipline and leadership skills that I learned during my time in the military have helped shape me into the person I am today.My passion for fitness and nutrition led me to become a certified fitness trainer and nutrition coach. I believe that health and wellness are essential for living a fulfilling life, and I am committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.This passion and commitment lead me to co-found Process Over Prize— a lifestyle brand that promotes focusing on the importance of the process; the routine that makes you better— whether that be feeling better, looking better, performing better, etc. Our goal is to help individuals, whether novice all the way up to elite professionals, to not just attain, but surpass their fitness goals. As an entrepreneur in my field, I’ve provided personalized training and coaching services to clients all over the world.In addition to my work as a fitness trainer and nutrition coach, I am also an active member of my community. I volunteer with local organizations that support active duty, veterans, and their families, and I am always looking for ways to give back and make a positive impact.Overall, the culmination of my experiences have taught me the importance of hard work, dedication, and perseverance.
