She empowered people and organizations to achieve their full potential and create positive social impact. She has co-founded and led successful ventures in the BPO sector, such as RevenueMed India and Global BPO Partners, scaling them to profitable businesses with global reach and recognition. She has also co-founded and managed Solastra Global, a social enterprise that focuses on teaching empathy and life skills to children and adults.
