HiRise is a new, fully transactional online marketplace for commercial real estate incubated by JLL. This first-of-its-kind platform offers landlords and tenants an open marketplace to lease office space and fundamentally changes the way office space is sought, transacted and shared. My role as Product Director applies my years of Project and Product Management experience in Information Technology with my time at the helm of LivingSocial's real estate team in order to define and execute the product vision / roadmap for HiRise.

Responsible for property identification, lease negotiation, contractor selection, architectural / design oversight, budget oversight, vendor management, and ongoing facilities operations for all LivingSocial offices Worldwide including 17 US Locations, and over 50 locations internationally in markets such as Singapore, Korea, Australia, UK, and across Europe.

Senior Web and CMS Implementation Project Manager for high profile clients such as AOL, Bain Consulting Group, National Public Radio, PEW Internet, and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

Oversaw the creation and execution of test plans, test scrips, automated test tools, and defect tracking to ensure a high level of software quality for the DubMeNow product by a company now known as DubLabs. Product was developed in an Agile environment and tested across multiple platforms including a cloud based backend data store, a web based interface, as well as mobile applications on iPhone, Blackberry, Android, and Windows Mobile. I also served as the primary customer point of contact for feedback and support, aggregating reports of issues and defects to the development teams to ensure issues encountered by consumers were resolved quickly.

Managed cross departmental teams / peer working groups focused on implementing CMMi, ITIL, and custom business process improvements across an IT organization of over 200 BA's, PM's, Developers, and Analysts. Appointed to this role by the CIO and acted as the primary POC for upper management providing regular reporting of progress against goals and benchmarks for the corporate IT product portfolio.

Developer working primarily on Microsoft Content Management Server ASP.NET deployments for the Defense Logistics Agency and Safecom / PSWN. Also participated in development of the CIMIS Criminal Investigation Tracking Software for the Internal Revenue Service.
