SHE is building an affordable, equitable mental and reproductive health marketplace for female identifying teens and families. We are on a mission to reduce barriers to accessing vital services and health education.- Built a community of female identifying GenZ with an 85% engagement rate - Grew the community through a 1:3 word of mouth referral rate - Recruited and managed a core executive team of four as well as a board of eight clinical (adolescent gynecologists and child and adolescent psychologists) and nonclinical advisors with backgrounds from Stanford, Elevance Health, Penn Med, Cornell Med, and Cigna.

As of 2019, Aahana’s operations have merged under Project Potential to expand our reach beyond Gujarat, India to Bihar, India

Aahana provides skills training and resources for youth and marginalized populations to build high impact initiatives that address economic, education, and health issues within their own communities. - Reached 1,000 youth change makers yearly to impact 100,000 community members within rural communities- Developed a boarding school for 70 differently abled children 6-18 years old- Built a vocational training program within the school and partnered with local business to ensure hands-on training and job security after students leave the school- Developed partnerships with 15 universities across the US to spread Aahana’s reach and educate students on social issues within their communities and in India

The Thinkers ensures all teens are equipped with the social and emotional skills to thrive.- Built and facilitated cohort based courses and programs ranging from 12 topics such as mental health, time management, communication skills, and building healthy relationships- Reached 3,000+ youth through schools and national organizations such as the Girl Scouts and the City of Charlotte

Worked with three start-ups to establish growth strategies and sales pipelines: Needslist (enterprise software for crisis relief), Sacred Capital (software for crypto/distributed networks), and Funerals360 (software for funeral planning)- Established content marketing strategy for external and internal stakeholders via newsletters, social media, and blogging- Created and maintained partnerships domestically and globally with over 60 refugee aid and resettlement organizations
