Collaborates with global implementation teams from Asia Pacific in deploying IBM’s strategy and transformation initiatives on Cloud, Mobile and Workplace-as-a-Service. Among the publicly-known enterprise programs are Mac@IBM, Verse Mobile, Enterprise Cloud Print and delivery of business-unit programs such as Mobility program for IBM Sellers. Partnered closely with Country CFOs, Business Operations team for financial impact assessment and with each country’s executive teams in the region for the deployment strategy, change management and business alignment.

• Initiated a major game-changer project for Intel Assembly Test Manufacturing group that positions the business for cost-competitiveness across the industry. Leads the overall program and kicked off multiple project teams that will drive cost reductions across multiple areas in the operations and support services. Project impact on cost reduction savings, logistics savings and process efficiencies. Realized and forecasted ROI amount to millions of $ savings from the pipeline of efforts by its sub-teams, annually. • Partnered with Intel Finance, Customs and Global Supply Management teams, government officials and local suppliers in developing infrastructure to boost supplier presence and growth of support businesses in Vietnam that are globally competitive in the industry. • Leads a global benchmarking effort on operational and process effectiveness across Intel global sites. Facilitates planning and implementation of strategic projects that challenge the operations philosophy status quo based on long-term sustainability and opportunities for $ cost savings. The project utilizes Lean Six Sigma Methodology.

• Led the first CPU Technology Transfer for Intel Vietnam. Facilitated capital tools transfer from Costa Rica to Vietnam and managed the Early Engagement team of engineers in Penang, Malaysia for training and up skilling within a compressed transfer window. The team delivered the 1st CPU assembly line within 14 weeks from site management decision and empty production floor to the first product shipment until ramp up period with best in class operational metrics. Successfully led the team in delivering succeeding assembly lines with best yield and tool performance indicators the factory has demonstrated consistently.

• Delivered results by meeting the Site Strategic Objective on Operations through a site-wide program on implementation of enhanced Copy Exactly and Process Standardization as a fundamental operational principle in Intel. Achieved excellent key success indicators by consistently meeting 100% of defined goals after 1 year of introducing the program to Vietnam site. The outcomes of the project were successfully set as standards for the rest of Assembly Test Manufacturing global sites.• Led skills development programs for engineers and technical managers by partnering with Human Resources organization that facilitated continuous up skilling of engineer’s process competency and capability readiness along with technology advancements for upcoming products. Success criteria for engineers were demonstrated through succeeding technology transfer performance while the metrics for the technical managers demonstrated 80% improvement on overall rating from 2012 to 2013. • Her team successfully implemented an all-encompassing massive deployment project (MTP2.0) that eliminated manual manufacturing operations via automating equipment performance systems. Scope of project included full factory line integration from educating the people, defining new business processes and massive systems upgrade to full monitoring capabilities. • Obtained approval for 2 invention disclosure submissions to Intel Patent Office for assessment and review that aims to re-design specific process steps of the Chip Attach operation. • Taught classes in Intel University College of Engineering and has been awarded Best Instructor in 2013. • Awarded the Associate ASEAN Engineer distinction by the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations for satisfactorily meeting professional requirements set upon by the organization. • Chairman of the Intel Assembly Test Manufacturing Change Control Board that approves all change implementations on Intel manufacturing technology, products and processes.

• Awarded the distinction of Intel Technologist for demonstrating exceptional technical expertise in Process Control Systems (business process and data analysis); various contributions in Intel Assembly Test Manufacturing (ATM) Sites through outstanding demonstration of coaching, role modeling and technical leadership to the Intel community. • Achievements include: PCS systems and infrastructure start-ups for multiple factories in Intel, developing and growing technical pipeline on process engineering and achieving best in class metrics for Process Controls in operations while enabling full automation capability of Assembly Test processes.
