My primary goal in my role at Scale Final is to provide a user experience that effectively communicates the content and functionality of our products across all devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones. I carefully analyze project requirements and specifications to create layouts that take into account the unique features of each screen resolution.In addition, I am also responsible for sourcing and selecting appropriate images for our articles and content. I conduct research to find relevant and quality images that support and complement the content of the articles. I then edit these images in Adobe Photoshop software to ensure they are consistent with the company brand and optimally displayed on various platforms.My work at Scale Final requires meticulous attention to detail, a good understanding of user experience and the ability to work with a variety of design tools. I am attentive to current trends in web design and am constantly improving my skills to ensure my work is of high quality and efficient.

As part of this position, I was responsible for creating unique and engaging texts for Instagram posts that attracted the attention and interest of the target audience. My assignment included creating creative and informative posts, as well as editing and adjusting text material for specific post formats. I was also involved in the planning and graphic design of the posts in accordance with the corporate style and overall brand concept.In addition, my responsibilities included designing documents in Figma. I used this tool to design and create presentable documents for both internal use and communication with clients. I paid close attention to detail and confidently operated with graphic elements to create professional and attractive visual materials.Working for this company has given me valuable experience in the areas of content marketing, social media and design. My work involved creating sales presentations in Figma. I used this tool to develop creative, attractive and informative presentations that helped promote the company's services. I paid special attention to the design and visual presentation of each slide to ensure that the presentation effectively communicates key information and captures the audience's attention.As part of my work, I also maintained and developed libraries in Figma with different components and styles. This included creating and updating the design system, developing and maintaining the component library. In June 2023, I performed an internship at Bringing Joy, LLC as an internet marketer. My job was to manage various aspects of the company's internet marketing.One of my main tasks was to manage the administrative functions of internet marketing. I was responsible for updating and maintaining the company's website, including adding new products, updating product information and promotions, and regularly monitoring and fixing potential technical problems on the site.I also performed analyses and monitored the effectiveness of the company's internet marketing campaigns. This included collecting and analyzing data on website traffic, conversions, advertising campaigns and other metrics to evaluate the results and effectiveness of marketing efforts. Based on these analyses, I provided recommendations and suggestions to optimize campaigns and improve results.During my internship, I was also involved in planning and creating content for online marketing. During my freelance experience I have worked in two main areas: UX/UI design and graphic design.In UX/UI design I have worked on various projects in IT, education, social media, tourism, advertising, e-commerce and culture. My work has included user research, user flows, prototyping, interface design, and visual design. I focused on usability, visual appeal, and creating a positive user experience. My projects have focused on creating intuitive and efficient interfaces for various platforms and devices.In graphic design, I have worked on creating visual identity for various brands and projects. I worked on designing logos, posters, tickets, icons and business cards. My goal was to create a unique and memorable design that reflected the identity and values of each brand or project. I also tried my hand at packaging design, where my goal was to create attractive and informative designs that helped attract the attention of customers.Freelance work required my self-management, communication skills, and ability to manage time effectively. While working, I made contact with clients, clarified requirements, built a collaborative relationship with them, and incorporated their wishes into the design process.

I started my internship by conducting UX research. I studied the needs and expectations of target users and analyzed their preferences for online programming education. Through this research, I gained useful insights that informed the further design of the app/site.Based on the findings, I proceeded with the development of the Wireframes. I created the structure of the app/site, defined the core functional elements and user paths. I aimed to create an intuitive and easy-to-use interface so that users could comfortably learn to program.During the process, I collaborated with the development team and project managers. We discussed the design, made decisions, and made changes based on feedback and project requirements. I paid attention to detail and designed the interface to meet the users' needs and bring them a comfortable learning experience.Interning at PASV taught me how to work in a team, communicate with a team, accept constructive criticism, and manage my time effectively. This experience has also made me realize the importance of adapting to project requirements and creating designs that are responsive to the needs of users of online learning programming.
