As a Guest Relations Officer - German Speaker at THE LEVEL Department under Front Office Department, my tasks were as below:1) Conducted remote check-in and check-out in the executive lounge (THE LEVEL Lounge) especially German speaking guests (incl. cashiering/collecting payments);2) Managed to complete daily Courtesy Call and to compile its reports daily (approaching THE LEVEL guests during tea-time and cocktail time and collecting their feedback on their stay experience especially those from German speaking guests) - incl. to bid farewell upon departure;3) Addressed inquiries, feedback and comments from THE LEVEL guests to related departments and superiors for further follow-up and recovery especially those from German speaking guests;4) Assisted THE LEVEL guests with their reservations on restaurants, spas, tours, and transportations.

Mentored students to pass the German Language Certificate Examination at levels of A1, A2, and B1 (Based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).2. Mentored students to compete in Quiz Competition on general knowledge of Germany in 2019 (The students won the 1st place, placed on TOP 5 and TOP 15).3. Mentored 20 students on preparation for the German Language Olympiad of West Java Province in 2019 (Three of them won the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place).
