METASKILLS is a for profit social venture committed to engage stake holders of “Road Safety” in India through Education, Enforcement & Empowerment to create sustainability. As a Marketing and Partnership Manger, My responsibilities at Metaskills included - Brand Management- Campaign building, press releasing & promotional copy production.- Plan and Executing online, web, email marketing & SMS campaigns.- Campaign tracking, measurement, evaluation and reporting on all activity.- Liaising with strategic partners, internal stakeholders and key customers- Corporate Newsletter Development (Both In-house & External)- Responsible for Brochures, Magazine Ads, Hoardings, Banners, Standee, Reference Manual, Posters, Catalogue, Press ads, Inserts, Flyers, Site Branding, Presentations.- Liaising with partners for projects deliverable and feasibility checks- Fundraising initiatives and client lasing for Project sumissions

My Role & Responsibilities at iVolunteer included• Execute communications strategy and initiatives to support and promote the image of the organization and programme• Complete ownership over building a sustained social media presence and engagement for the organization• Prepare and design (articles, posters, posts, etc.) and capture content (videos, interviews)• Compile reports for external communications like website, newsletters, sector reports and presentations.• Educate stakeholders, press, bloggers, sector analysts and influencers about the organizations core programs and initiatives• Actively promote and build PR networks to maintain visibilty and support/promote initiatives• Scan sector for positioning opportunities, actively profile the organisation in key print, electronic & digital media entities and develop relationships with key stakeholders• Organize press briefings, media sessions, and events when required.• Follow up with and ensure timely production and publishing of content from various stakeholders• Educate stakeholders on new and innovative ways to promote the initiative using their social networks • To carry out other duties as required from time to time• Plan and execute the iVolunteer Awards on a PAN India Level
