• Work across groups within Digital Operations to develop metadata requirements for business systems serving AMG’s digital supply chain. Refine data attributes, values, and definitions to incorporate evolving data requirements and new asset types. Work with IT to evaluate, test, and operationalize database changes and enhancements.• Propose, develop, and lead implementation of new metadata schema for digital archiving of film and television assets for major movie studios. • Manage workgroups responsible for ingestion and export of digital assets. • Serve as point person for all rights issues for EMI’s worldwide digital distribution: Liaise among Business Affairs, labels, territories, encoders, and digital service providers to enforce contractual and artist agreements.• Responsible for integrity of metadata governing digital assets (65,000 audio, video, and graphics releases) within EMI's global digital supply chain; specify changes to existing databases, interfaces and data handling systems• Partner with IT to develop and execute major data reconciliation projects with digital partners, including iTunes and Napster.• Act as Subject Matter Expert and data analyst on metadata issues for emerging digital initiatives; review project plans and documentation; test solutions. Supervised teams of catalogers indexing a digital archive of 50,000 videotaped testimonies of Holocaust survivors; contributed to the keyword authority and controlled vocabulary for the archive; demonstrated the Foundation's systems and methodology to potential donors and visitors.

Administered the back-office operations of a library consulting and personnel firm; jointly developed new projects and proposals for organizing information systems for libraries, corporations, and private collectors; indexed and organized collections and archives.
