As a Study Coordinator at Sarah Cannon, I apply my clinical research expertise, data analysis skills, and project management techniques to conduct high-quality studies and deliver robust results. I work with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, clinicians, and sponsors to ensure compliance with protocols, regulations, and ethical standards, as well as to facilitate data collection, entry, and reporting using Medidata Rave and other platforms. I also leverage my knowledge of artificial intelligence and generative models to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data processing and interpretation, as well as to identify new opportunities and insights for improving clinical outcomes and practices.My passion for psychology and project management stems from my education background and previous experiences in behavioral therapy and restaurant operations. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University, where I gained a solid foundation in psychological theories, principles, and research methods. Prior to joining Sarah Cannon, I worked as a Behavioral Health Technician at AIM Clinics, where I provided compassionate and effective counseling and support to clients with autism and other developmental disorders. I also worked as a Restaurant Operations Manager at Smiley Thai, where I oversaw the daily operations, staff management, customer service, and financial performance of the business. Through these roles, I developed strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills, as well as a Certified Associate in Project Management certification, which enable me to contribute to the success and impact of any organization.
