I am part of the senior management team for Be by Shufersal, the nationwide drugstore company from one of the largest and most prominent retail groups in Israel, Serving as VP of Human Resources and Chief of Staff of the company. This dual role involves reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with other senior executives, as well as multiple departments, while keeping track of real-time developments at headquarters and in the field. I have held managerial positions in the HR field at several major Israeli companies and gaining excellent multidisciplinary experience in diverse industries. My combination of practical business insights, communication abilities, and emotional intelligence enables me to enact real change at a strategic and operational level and fully engage in the company's overall vision.SOCIAL INVOLVEMENT: I am active in several fields related to female leadership and gender equality in the workplace, as well as in society in general.Currently I am on the steering committee of the “Red Lines”. This is a national multi-sectoral project that aims to tackle the rising problem of domestic violence.
