I believe in hard work, smart moves, and logical development through the ranks of learning, research, and reading. I make learning from mentors and helping others that look at me a priority while I move on n the ladder of greatness. I believe in a world made for everyone to benefit and zero loss from any form of activities including mining regarded as destructive as a view on some quarters. I believe in green initiative, good leadership, good operational ethics, and a well-girded eco-friendly environment. I believe in conscientious operational ethics that can bring people together from all works of life, more importantly, that creates opportunities to have life to the fullest.I believe in encouraging people, learning from people ahead, teaching those looking unto me how to succeed, providing basic needs for people around me, and encouraging the incapacitated. I believe in using my professional skills in a win-win way towards success to encourage myself and go ahead of the competition to succeed. These beliefs have helped me in becoming a better person even in my professional work ethics. The due hard learning and teachable behavior have helped me over the years to remain relevant even in this tech-savvy world. The learning curve has allowed me to acquire diverse certifications and licenses among which are B.Engr. (Mining Engineering), MBA, NMGS, COMEG, Certifications from World Bank Group, Cloud Practitioner Certification in-view, and diverse international publications.I resulted into having a blog, and content creation on social media to help people and other discover mineral content. I am the convener of a group on Facebook called Mining and Natural Resources. I have consulted for different companies on mine operations, beneficiation, reserve estimation, and different environmental agencies on writing Environmental Impact Assessments. I am currently consulting for Sincerity Mining and Construction on mineral management. I am Samuel Babarinde Babalola MBA, an astute Mining Engineer, and member of PMI, MNMGS, MNSME, COMEG.
